These terms apply to your use of One Hand Player. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app as made available through the applicable marketplace. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions made through Apple are billed and managed by Apple under your marketplace account. Availability, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to the marketplace terms and applicable law.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the app is improved. We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
